Formalize asked me to complete a case study to demonstrate how I approach the creative process. The case study was divided into two parts, focusing on both visual direction and strategic execution.
Creative Vision – Moodboard & Visual Direction
With Formalize expanding from whistleblowing compliance to a broader compliance solution (including data privacy and risk management), their brand identity needed an evolution. I developed a visual framework that ensures consistency while reflecting this new positioning. The direction included:
A refined color palette, typography, and imagery.
A moodboard and brand references that align with leading compliance-focused companies.
Guidelines for adapting the identity across digital platforms, website, and print materials.
Strategic Thinking – Campaign Strategy & Execution To introduce the expanded platform, I developed a 2-month campaign strategy targeting mid-sized European companies. The goal was to balance brand awareness and conversion, positioning Formalize as a compliance industry leader. The strategy included:
A core creative concept aligned with Formalize’s business objectives.
A structured content and asset strategy (social media ads, landing pages, videos).
A timeline & team structure with clear execution milestones.
Solutions to potential campaign challenges to ensure a seamless rollout.
